Hi there, I’m Catherine.

I help conscientious, self-critical perfectionists, driven to achieve who are struggling with chronic stress or burnout.

Why? Because I understand what that's like!

I’ve experienced burnout twice. It wasn’t until I experienced the second burnout, in a totally different career, that I realised it must not only be about the job. It must be partly about me too! I was determined to understand what had led me to burnout once more and find a way to prevent it happening again – eventually, I got there!

Now, I use my hard-earned experience and years of professional training, helping others regain their spark and learn to thrive through self-compassion and other science-based tools.
