Who I Work with
People who are self-critical, often hard on themselves, perfectionists, strong-minded and driven. They sometimes have difficulty saying “no” to others, tend to overthink things, find it difficult to switch off mentally and suffer from “imposter syndrome”. They are neglecting some, if not all, of their most important heart-felt values.
They may feel stuck, with a part of them wanting to leave a job or a relationship, and another part wanting to remain in it, with the inner conflict and stuckness adding to their stress.
They mainly want help to deal with, or overcome, the following: -

My clients value the fact that in addition to being a life coach, I am also a qualified and experienced psychologist. I teach concepts and strategies that are supported by science but are also easily applicable in everyday life.
