Our approach is evidenced-based, with a focus on strengths and providing easy-to-implement solutions. We offer one-to-one coaching specifically tailored to the individual employee or entrepreneur, for the following: -
- Overcoming work-related burnout
- Restoring and enhancing well-being
- Managing work-related stress and anxiety
- Experiencing Compassion Fatigue (also referred to as Empathic Distress Fatigue)
- Developing self-compassion
- Restoring or developing compassion for others
We offer confidential, bespoke coaching sessions tailor-made to the needs of the individual. One-to-one coaching is as follows: -
- Coaching sessions are delivered online currently, via videocall (e.g. Skype, Zoom)
- A coaching session is 60mins.
- One-off coaching sessions, or a number of coaching sessions, can be booked.
- For individuals working through “The 5 Keys to Burnout Recovery” needing some support (but not needing full coaching), 30mins sessions are also possible.
