If you scored:

28–38             Almost no job stress, practically burnout-proof!

38–50             A low amount of job-related stress. Not likely to burn out.

51 –70            A moderate amount of work stress. A fair chance of burning out.

71 –90            A high amount of job-related stress and you may have begun to burn out.

91 & Above   Under a dangerous amount of stress. Probably nearing an advanced stage of burnout. Without some changes in your behaviours, attitude, and job situation your potential for succumbing to stress-related illness is high.
