One-to-One Coaching Programme

This option is recommended if....

  • You’ve been experiencing increasing levels of stress and tiredness for a while and want to work with an experienced and qualified professional over a number of sessions in order to prevent burnout.
  • There are more than one or two specific factors relating to the work stress you’ve been experiencing, and you need longer to gain insights and implement strategies to overcome these challenges and prevent burnout.

How the Programme works

It takes a little longer to reduce work stress if it’s been going on for a while, and if there are a number of challenges related to it. Also, preventing burnout depends on the needs and context of each person. Therefore, I offer this bespoke coaching programme to help you prevent burnout, boost your resilience and flourish.

1. Discovery session (60mins)

We have a discovery session which helps me tailor the subsequent programme to your needs. At the end of this session, together we agree the number of coaching sessions for your programme, to achieve your goal(s).

2. Coaching Sessions (60mins)

We then have the agreed number of coaching sessions, which is usually between three to five – depending on the level (and duration) of stress experienced and what you want to achieve. Extra coaching sessions can be added, if needed. Intensive coaching is possible with several sessions in one week (subject to my availability).

3. Follow-up Sessions (20mins)

Research demonstrates that support is a useful factor in sustaining well-being in the long-term and so follow-up sessions are included in this programme. So, when the coaching is completed, we usually have a follow-up session two or three weeks after the coaching ends. Subsequent follow-ups are once a month, ideally for a period of three to six months, again, depending on your needs.

Duration: Between four to six months, depending on your needs etc.
