A Book on How to Prevent Burnout by Dr. Catherine Buchan
In 2019, I planned to write a book about how to avoid burnout, but as I explored what works best, according to the science, I discovered there was a lack of information on what helps people overcome burnout, and so I switched and focused on that instead – and it became "The 5 Keys to Burnout Recovery" book.
Since then, I’ve been asked for tools and strategies on how to avoid burnout and with burnout rates continuing to rise at an alarming rate, I've turned my attention back to writing the original book about how to prevent burnout. This book will be ready in 2023.
