A worthwhile read for anyone who feels they are working too hard!

This book is a practical guide to identify the signs of burnout and provides suggested strategies for the road to recovery. It offers a very open and honest account of the authors' own experiences which are probably common to many people in the same situation.
Until I read this book, I didn't even realise that I was probably heading for burn-out myself, so a very worthwhile read!
